The EX-pen heats up in under 20 seconds, can be used with bags or a whip, has the most accurate temperature control on the market, looks good and has an aromatherapy function that actually makes the room smell good.

The Niu-pro only does bags, but still does them better than anyone else and is my first choice for a party vape. It fills them faster than other vapes and doesn’t get overwhelmed when you want to use a big bag for groups. The Niu-Pro has also been on the market a long time, so it has been battle tested.

Before you sumbit a warranty claim, please make sure that you have the following:
1. Date of purchase is within the 90 days Warranty Period
2. Copy of receipt or proof of purchase
3. Videos or pictures to show product issue explained clearly
4. Preffered shipping address and best contact number where you can be reached

If you’re using 18350s in Trio-III vaporizer, your best bet is the Samsung 30Q, Sony VTC6, or the LG HG2. If those aren’t available, the Sony VTC5A, LG HE4, or Samsung 25R are the next best thing.

Only Sony, Samsung, LG, and Sanyo make their own batteries. All other companies aren’t manufacturing batteries. They are providing rewrapped versions from one of the aforementioned big four and you should not buy them as what battery is under that wrap can change at any time and may certainly not be appropriate for vaping. Furthermore there is no regulation of batteries and most of those rewraps have fabricated ratings of amps and mah.

As far as where you should buy those batteries from, the preferred trusted vendors are IMR Batteries, Illumn and Liion Wholesale. All are trustworthy, have good prices, and test random samples to ensure they are authentic. It’s also a good idea to pick up some replacement battery wraps as well as insulators to have on hand. They’re dirt cheap, and can greatly extend the lifespan of your batteries as the wrap is usually the first part to get damaged.

Normally if you vape for a long time, the device or the tank will become too hot. It will show overheat protection and and you can not vape it. You need to take out the batteries (if it is replaceable) and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Low Battery Indication: When the LED flashes Red light 8 times,it means the battery capacity is low and need recharging.

On Charging: Connect the device to wall charger with any standard type-C USB cable. The LED lights up red while charging.

Charging completed: The LED lights turn green when the battery is fully charged.

Do not fill the heating chamber with any wax,oil or liquid.

Do not put your device into water or any other liquid.
